land . Land as acquired by the cooperative through the Agrarian Reform Program was then producing a variety of fruit products mostly seedless pomelo, other citrus fruits like the valencia oarange and mandarin oranges, and bamboo stalks. When one major banana exporting company started introducing planting and production of the cavendish variety of banana, the cooperative decided to shift to cavendish production, reducing the production of citrus fruits.
