We are contacting you today to request a sale for our Agricultural land property located at Toril highway Davao city Philippines. It has a 3.8 hectares fully planted with fruit trees like durian,mango,lansones, pomelo, banana and a little of mangostene on it ready for spray and harvest, with flat land and good water source with a small creek at the back of the farm. This Land includes also a 500 sq. meters which is just located infront of the farm, along the road of TORIL DAVAO CITY PHILIPPINES.
The Agricultural land property is also good for Agricultural business since it has already have fruit trees on it ready for harvest and also good for industrial, factory and housing projects since it is near the city and civilization of toril davao city.
The reason why we sell it because of financial problem and at this time we dont have enough income for our daily expenses and dont have enough money to manage the farm because of the crisis we have right now . We tried everything to sell our Agricultural land, nothing happends , but at this time we do not know how to accomplish this.
